What you can play
Through iPLAY, you can purchase draw game tickets for all the major games – POWERBALL©, MEGA MILLIONS®, LOTTO AMERICA©, Daily 3, Daily 4, Millionaire for Life™, and Cash25. You can also play iNSTANTS, the West Virginia Lottery’s digital instant games, which are only available online.
Scratch-offs work differently. You can’t purchase or play them through iPLAY, but you can scan physical scratch-off tickets using the app to check results and submit eligible tickets for PlayON points or Second Chance promotions.
Payment and account access
iPLAY accepts several payment methods, including credit/debit card, ACH, and PayPal. iOS users can download the app through the App Store; Android users can download it directly from the West Virginia Lottery website.
