Since opening this scrumptious spot in 2017, Steve and his partner, Chef Jaime Chabla, have been serving up their signature specialties including Baked Clams Oreganata, which is seasoned to perfection with black pepper and oregano, and their light and crispy Fried Calamari. After first working together at Wolfgang’s, these two skillful steak entrepreneurs now bring over half a century of experience to this delectable Midtown West destination.

All plates are made from scratch by Chef Chabla, who marries classic steakhouse staples with well-known Italian American favorites. Start your culinary adventure with the Fresh Mozzarella and Beefsteak Tomato, drizzled with a rich basil pesto and balsamic vinaigrette, or their famed Tuna Tartare.

With their own signature aging box, Tuscany’s USDA Prime Dry-Aged Steaks are always a cut above – literally. Chef Chabla hand selects every cut from the well-known Master Purveyors, who distribute top quality meats to steakhouses across the area. Presented tableside, the standout Bone-In Ribeye Steak, which serves up to four, is cooked to perfection. You can also up your steak game with their house Tuscany Steakhouse Steak Sauce, or find your new favorite filet or chop which is sure to wet your own chops.
