The Best Sichuan Announces Exclusive Chef’s Table Dining Experience with Master Chef Weimin Hong
The Best Sichuan, a Chinese restaurant with classic Sichuan cuisine, has announced a private Chef’s Table dining experience with their signature Sichuan spice for those who like it hot.
Authentic Sichuan dining is available to groups of six or more, who are invited to indulge in an exciting four-course meal offering 18 classic dishes. Master Chef Weimin Hong presents the meal in the restaurant’s second-floor private dining suite. Dinner is followed by dessert and a bottle of wine, and upon request, a riot of singing and fun. Want to make the evening last? Ask them to fire up the karaoke system for your own private after-party.
Mr.Weimin Hong, the master chef of The Best Sichuan, has been perfecting his recipes since childhood. Mr. Hong’s mentor, now the honored head chef of China’s state banquet, taught him his tricks of the trade. Mr. Hong’s current team at The Best Sichuan consists of his own students and colleagues.
The Best Sichuan features first and second floor dining and accommodates 110 patrons. The ground floor offers an elegant bar and dining room, and the second floor provides private VIP dining for up to 40 guests.
