Fornino New York’s Best Pizza Has Been Found!

In 2004, chef and owner Michael Ayoub created a small wood-fired pizzeria in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Fornino has since made its indelible mark on New York City with its perfectly done crusts.

In order to serve more pizza lovers who constantly crave Fornino crusts, Ayoub has expanded locations across New York City, with establishments in in Greenpoint, Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridge Park, which is open seasonally from March to October, as well as on The Rooftop at Time Out Market in DUMBO.

The menu at Fornino’s is derived from the original birthplace of pizza: Naples, Italy. Fornino has proudly created the Third Generation of pizza, extracted from the official First and Second Generations. This generation exhibits unique combinations of First Generation designs from the Italian government, plus traditional flavors from the Second Generation, which are obtained from indigenous produce.

In order to ensure that everyone can enjoy authentic Italian-style pizza and dishes, Fornino also makes each gluten-free pizza by hand with rice, wheat, corn starches and buckwheat flower baked in traditional wood-burning ovens.

With striking views of Manhattan, Fornino’s Pier 6 Brooklyn Bridge Park location is a special spot for hosting events. Its Ultimate Pizza Party includes antipasti, meatballs, eggplant parmesan, salads and, of course, all the flavorful Fornino pizza you and your guests can handle.

Between the rooftop, ground-floor terrace and indoor café, Fornino’s is ready to get your party of any size started. Pier 6 Brooklyn Bridge offers three event spaces of different sizes: The rooftop can accommodate 50 people, the ground-floor terrace up to 200 and the indoor café 110 people.

The Fornino Happy Hour provides a two-hour-long unwinding with unlimited servings of beer, wine, food bites and pizza for $65 per person.
