Eight are newly designed architect-created homes, while one carefully preserved farmhouse connects the project to the site’s agricultural heritage. Every residence occupies more than one hectare, providing generous privacy while remaining part of a thoughtfully planned shared estate.

The vision is less about creating a collection of houses and more about establishing a community that embraces the character of the Alentejo itself—peaceful, understated, and deeply connected to nature.

Architecture Designed Around Light and Landscape

The homes have been designed by Policronica Studio in collaboration with Julien Labrousse and Ambre Babzoe Marazzi, with an architectural philosophy that reflects the surrounding environment rather than competing with it.

Natural materials, generous openings, and carefully positioned living spaces allow sunlight to become an active design element throughout the day. Cross-ventilation minimizes the need for artificial cooling, while expansive indoor-outdoor living areas encourage residents to move effortlessly between the home and its natural surroundings.

Instead of dramatic architectural gestures, the residences prioritize comfort, sustainability, and longevity. The buildings appear to emerge naturally from the landscape, respecting the cork-oak forests that define this part of Portugal while creating calm, contemporary interiors that remain connected to the outdoors.

The project is supported by Groupe Deleuze, a French holding company with more than twenty years of experience across France, Portugal, and Spain in hospitality, architecture, and residential development.

Construction is scheduled to begin in October 2026, with completion anticipated in 2028. Ahead of construction, a limited pre-launch release of three of the nine residences is available by reservation, offering early buyers the opportunity to become part of a deliberately intimate community.
