“Back in 1998, when I was still in college, I was working as an intern at Merrill Lynch in Miami,” Schneider reflects on the past that made him the man he is today. “I was involved in business lending and little by little I got involved more and more in residential and commercial lending in Miami. I started my company in 2005. We have been growing and since the pandemic the interest rate dropped. That helped a lot of people to refinance.”
QKapital has captured over $400 million in residential and commercial loans combined in the past year alone. Their expansion in the recent quarter is impressive with closing over $3 billion with over 1,900 global loans that include financing with Latin America, Asia, Europe, and North America.
“What differentiates us from other mortgage companies is that we care about the client. We are 100% customer driven. We are a boutique company. We do work with traditional mortgages and banks like Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, but we also have other options. We can qualify the client from different angles and different avenues. That together helps us to approve the loan. Also, we are a dedicated team 24 hours a day, seven days a week.”

“We serve a unique niche market of foreign nationals coming from South America, Latin America, Europe, and Canada who are buying in the United States. Our offices see a lot of people from other countries come in here to purchase commercial and residential properties alike. Typically, large American banks don’t understand how foreigners make their money. They don’t understand the currency culture or the way of doing business in places like Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, and Chile. These individuals can get stuck, and the loan is not approved. People get frustrated from the process. That’s where we get to work. Our value is that our business helps these clients understand how to get approved in the US so they can secure their properties.”
