AviaGames Collaborates with California MBA Students on Strategic Initiative

AviaGames is collaborating in a strategic academic initiative through UCSD Rady School of Management MBA program as part of the Rady Action Project. The focus of this engagement is Solitaire Clash, one of the company’s most recognized mobile titles.

Through March 2026, MBA students will conduct research, analyze market trends, and develop strategic recommendations related to the game’s long-term growth. Their work will explore opportunities to expand Solitaire Clash’s reach while continuing to support its existing player community. By taking a structured and data-focused approach, AviaGames aims to gain deeper insight into player expectations and evolving behaviors in the mobile gaming space.

Vickie Chen, CEO of AviaGames, shared that academic research plays an important role in helping the company better understand and serve its players. This perspective reflects AviaGames’ broader commitment to responsible innovation, player trust, and sustainable development.

Solitaire Clash’s Continued Leadership in Mobile Gaming

With more than 60 million downloads and approximately 450 million tournaments played monthly, Solitaire Clash remains a strong performer within its category on iOS and Galaxy Store. The game offers a skill-based Klondike solitaire experience built around structured tournaments and reward opportunities.

In-app events such as Flower Frenzy and Puzzle Mania introduce additional engagement layers, encouraging both new and returning players to participate in fresh challenges.

Real-World Business Analysis for MBA Students

As part of the Rady Action Project, MBA candidates will evaluate competitive positioning, audience segmentation, and long-term strategic considerations within the U.S. market. Their analysis will result in high-level recommendations designed to address growth opportunities and player engagement strategies.

The initiative provides MBA students with exposure to active business challenges rather than theoretical case studies. By working with real market data, students apply executive-level thinking and deliver actionable insights based on structured evaluation.

Sandy Kenny, Executive Director of the MBA Rady Action Project, explained that the program enables experienced MBA students to apply executive-level analysis and communications skills while delivering meaningful value.

Strengthening Strategic Insight for the Future

By engaging with the Rady School of Management through this academic project, AviaGames continues enhancing its strategic review process for Solitaire Clash and other titles in its portfolio. Insights derived from structured analysis may contribute to future planning, product updates, and long-term growth initiatives.
