Sarah Vie: Acclaimed Author and Energy Facilitator

Part of master foundational lifestyle coach, energy facilitator, and bestselling author Sarah Vie’s spiritual journey has been helping others find their own spiritual path. “I’ve gone through it myself and made so many changes in my life that I turned it into a business and have been coaching for about ten years now,” says Vie.

Most recently, Sarah has gone in a completely different direction as she now takes her thought leadership to bigger audiences, including five-star hotels all over the world, something that has always been a vision of hers.

In addition to finding social media to be one of her main tools for connecting with others, she also recognizes the importance of meeting people in person. This personal touch is taken to a new level when she hosts VIP retreats in her own home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. “I consistently work with clients for years. It’s an ongoing process, and I have one client who is 77 years old and has been on her journey with me for three years.”

Sarah helps clients work on everything from relationships to wanting to live a happier and more peaceful life. “The energy that blocks us from manifesting is all the same,” she explains.

In an effort to reach even more people, Sarah published a children’s book called Let Your Inner Golden Sparkle Shine: The Little Girl Who Never Stopped Believing in Herself, which shares tools she’s learned to utilize along the way. The book was, in fact, Sarah healing her inner child and carries with it a message for both children and adults. Her most recent book, I Wish I’d Known, which came out in September, is a memoir that also gives ten ways to release ancestral patterns. “I’m an energy facilitator, and I help people to release the energy from trauma from their past.”

With so many lessons to share, Sarah already has another book in the pipeline, which will incorporate the steps that you need to follow to feel and live more abundantly because, as she says, “We first have to release what is stopping us.”

Next up, Sarah will be hosting a retreat at the end of March in Mexico at sustainable resort Chablé Maroma outside of Cancun. The intimate experience is intended to heal the mind, body, and spirit. “We will be immersed in Mayan culture and learn about the healing properties of food as well as how to heal our seven chakras.”

A mom of four and grandmother of one, Sarah is currently also a brand ambassador for a body mist spray and therapeutic dough company called Pinch Me.
